⚠️ Important Notice: Please read these Terms carefully before using Wavvar products or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions of this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to our official website (www.wavvar.com), automotive radar systems (including front radar, corner radar, etc.), smart home devices (Wadar Pai), and related software services.
Enterprise users must additionally sign the Enterprise Service Agreement.

2. Usage Guidelines

You Agree To:

Use automotive radar systems solely for vehicle safety assistance, and not for illegal purposes such as military reconnaissance.
Install smart home devices in compliance with product manuals, without removing safety modules.
Refrain from reselling enterprise accounts to third parties.

Strictly Prohibited:

Reverse engineering radar firmware or decrypting protocols.
Exploiting device vulnerabilities for data scraping or interference.
Deploying radar systems in unauthorized areas (e.g., military zones).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of millimeter-wave radar algorithms belongs exclusively to Wavvar.
Usage rights of user-generated data (e.g., radar logs) are shared between both parties.
Removal of trademarks/patent markings from devices is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

Radar performance may be affected in extreme environments (e.g., below -40°C); regular calibration is required.
Damage caused by user modifications voids warranty coverage.
We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., wars, earthquakes).

5. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify services, with significant changes announced 30 days in advance.
Services may be suspended immediately upon detecting abnormal activities (e.g., DDoS attacks).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; unresolved cases will be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
